Cookies & External Services

Website operation

Bidco Synergy Limited operates this website. Necessary WordPress, security and administration functions may use cookies or browser storage. Administrator login cookies are used when authorised staff sign in. Contact enquiries are stored in the website database; they are not an analytics or advertising subscription.

Fonts and video

The website fonts and the current Legacy Condos video are served from our website rather than loaded through Google Fonts or an embedded video platform. Playing the video requests the media file from our hosting service.

Optional Google Maps

Maps are disabled by default. Select Load map only if you want your browser to connect to Google, which may process your IP address and device information and set cookies under its own policies. Leaving the map unloaded does not prevent you from reading the site or sending an enquiry. The Remove map control stops the embedded map; it does not erase information already received by Google or cookies already set. To clear those, use your browser’s site-data controls. You can reload the page to return maps to their unloaded state; map choices are not stored between page loads.

External links

Directions links open Google Maps separately. Instagram and other external links connect to their respective services only when followed. Review the relevant provider’s privacy notice before using those services.

Tracking choices

This release does not intentionally enable visitor analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social feeds. Non-essential cookies and similar tracking tools must remain disabled unless a clear, specific accept/reject choice is provided under applicable NDPC guidance. Any later integration must be assessed before activation. Browser settings let you inspect, block or clear site data; blocking necessary functions may affect their operation.
